Situated on the top floor of a two story building, with over 80 linear feet of covered lanai, you can enjoy white water and sand beach views beyond a tastefully furnished living area of approximately 2600 square feet including:

• Very spacious living/dining area.
• Oversized master suite with king bed and full bath.
• Second master suite with king bed and full bath.
• Third bedroom with a queen bed and three quarter bath.
• All Koa state of the art kitchen.
• Powder room.

Private golf cart for easy resort mobility is included and waits in the enclosed garage.

Rates are from $1500 to $1800 nightly. Holiday rate: $2800.
All rates are non-inclusive of Hawaii state taxes.

Occupancy: Rates include up to six persons.
A higher rate will apply for additional guests.

Full use of the Four Seasons Hotel and Hualalai Resort amenities are available at hotel guest rates, or complimentary where applicable, with signing privileges when staying at Big Island Villas' Hualalai Resort properties.

A $30 fee per day per person 14 years of age and older is applicable when using Hualalai Four Seasons Resort facilities.
