Kai has been especially patient and helpful throughout, especially given the fact that we had to cancel in January. That we ended up in this palace was beyond lucky! He made every step of the process as painless as could be. And Kris! What a sweetheart! He did a yeoman job explaining the house details, and then went the extra mile recommending farmers’ markets, huli huli, pipi, ribs, even a pizza place to us, which we enjoyed immensely yesterday. Your lovely bottle of wine was a most generous — and welcome! — gesture and was thoroughly enjoyed by the adults in our group. This is going to be one heck of a stay, and we have you to thank.
